 They always seem to make Medicare more difficult than it really needs to be. I was getting bombarded with phone calls and mailings almost daily. It was all very confusing. It was great having Bob to not only explain what Medicare covers, but more importantly what Medicare doesn't cover, and what my options were for covering those gaps in coverage. It was nice to talk to someone that could explain the differences between Medicare Supplement plans and Medicare Advantage plans in an easy to understand way.
